SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands
We usually process orders within 48 hours from the time that the order is submitted, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT+1, excluding holidays). All orders made on national holidays will be shipped the following business day.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we are only shipping to the following countries: Germany, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Greece. If you’re interested in having Elements of Green ship to you, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to coordinate with you and your country of residence.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Orders shipping to Germany, Austria, UK, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Greece will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We ship from the Dutch National Post or DHL.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email upon your order shipping.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs between €7.50 – €9.00 depending on your County, and we cover your shipping costs on all orders over €70!

Elements of green has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you do have any issues, doubts, or just change your mind please email us at email@example.com and we will try to help! If you are not satisfied after this point with any of the products, simply return the unused portion of the product. If we receive a returned product within 30 days, we will issue a full refund. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
